The stunning Sunseeker 34 Metre Yacht ‘EMOJI’ is without doubt one of the most beautiful examples of this highly popular model from the British Yard. Her Dove Grey superstructure is perfectly accompanied by her striking Black Hull, a combination that not only turns heads out on the seas but sets her apart from the fleet when she is moored in the marina.

Her striking exterior is complemented by Light Oak cabinetry whilst her soft furnishings add that splash of colour that really brings ‘ EMOJI ‘ to life. The Saloon features a bar area to the starboard side which is perfectly placed for serving the beautifully furnished aft deck as well as providing those much needed sundowners after a hard day on the flybridge. The large saloon has an inset cream carpet and a rise and fall television that when raised creates a division between the wonderfully appointed dining area that accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably.

The day head is located forward of the dining area along the lobby that leads to the lower deck guest cabins and the main deck master. The Master Cabin is beautifully appointed with a large Bang and Olufsen TV, Vanity Area and Chaise Lounge all of which benefit from the oversize hull windows that allow the scenery to fill the space and further enhance the feeling of space onboard. The En-Suite bathroom features his and hers wash basins as well as a large double shower and Jacuzzi Spa Bath.

The 4 en-suite guest cabins (2 x Doubles and 2 x Twins) are accessed via a central staircase and lobby with the two Double Cabins located aft and the two Twin Cabins forward. Beautifully appointed throughout with vanity areas, Bang and Olufsen TV’s, full-length wardrobes and oversize hull windows. The guest cabins on ‘EMOJI’ are best in class and rival many yachts much larger in length. The Crew area is located forward of the twin cabins and is accessed through the crew mess on the main deck. The independent access to the side deck ensures that the galley remains private whilst the chef creates his/her next masterpiece.

The Fly-Bridge has been beautifully designed to create the perfect entertaining space whilst still maintaining that intimate feel when all the guests have retired for the night. Her large aft sunpad is a stunning piece of design that compliments the space an allows for guests to fully relax whilst never being too far from the action.

Built in 2010 her meticulous maintenance schedule has ensured that she is in perfect condition throughout the year; and as such she has provided trouble free boating for her owner since delivery. CASSIOPEIA is a (34m / 112’), luxury motor yacht launched by Sunseeker Shipyard of Great Britain back in 2009. MY CASSIOPEIA is very spacious and well thought out motor yacht, offering accommodation for up to 10 persons in 1 Master cabins, 2 VIP double, and 2 twin guest cabins.   All cabins have their own en suite and usual audio and visual systems, free wi-fi, safe and other facilities. She will be normally cruising in East Mediterranean, within the Adriatic sea, mostly starting out of Split or indeed out of Celebrity Island of Hvar with typical itineraries including all of the Middle and South Dalmatian islands ( Brac, Hvar, Solta, Korcula, Mljet Elafiti, Murter, Kornati Archipelago) with ONE WAY charters from or towards Dubrovnik or Kotor and Budva in Montenegro being the most popular private yacht charter holiday options. There are always at least 6 attentive super yacht crew members on board. Thanks to her twin MAN super yacht engines, providing up to 2,440hp each, she can cruise at speeds of up to around 17kn. During best sea and wind conditions, maximum speeds of up to 25kn can be reached. Her best features are modern exterior styling, unique location and best super yacht for formal yacht charters in Croatia.

Accommodation

Private charter yacht CASSIOPEIA can accommodate up to 10 yacht charter guests in a total of 5 cabins, including 3 doubles, and 2 twin cabins with single beds. Cabin Configuration: - 1 x Master cabins with king bed - 2 x VIP cabins - 2 x Guest twin cabins with 2 single beds There is also individual controlled air conditioning, wi-fi, and en-suite bathroom in each cabin. CASSIOPEIA is fully air conditioned throughout. Her super yacht crew of up to 6 including the captain have separate crew quarters with heads and showers.

August 1 saw the technical launch of the 34m (112′) motor yacht Leopard 34/18 , built by the Italian shipyard Leopard Yachts . The Leopard 34/18 superyacht was designed by renowned Andrea Bacigalupo , with a lovely interior by Luxury Projects. She is scheduled for delivery by the end of September.

Built in composite, the 34m sport yacht Leopard 34/18 can reach an impressive top speed of 36 knots and a cruising speed of 33 knots, thanks to her triple MTU 16V 2000 M91 engines. Bureau Veritas classed, this spectacular vessel boasts a beam of 7,35m (24’11”) and a maximum draft of 1,22m (4′).

Launched in 2007, this impressive Alloy yacht won five major honours at the 2008 World Superyacht Awards. AKIKO has maintained its superior presentation by completing an extensive refit and is proud to re-launch the ‘as new’ superyacht back into the charter market in 2023. The recent upgrades include a hull extension, a complete interior refit, and new paintwork.

AKIKO boasts a significantly sleek exterior and is built to explore remote regions. AKIKO is versatile enough to enter small bays, anchor behind coral atolls and navigate inland waterways with an impressive range and expedition capabilities. One of the highlights of AKIKO is its experienced crew, including a local guide specialising in adventurous expeditions through the Kimberley and partnering with experienced local knowledge in Papua New Guinea.

The yacht’s spacious living areas boast full-height windows that fill the impressive interior with natural light. The owner’s suite stretches full beam across the main deck, offering a generous space for relaxation and comfort, and four guest cabins complete the accommodation, with room for twelve live-aboard guests. AKIKO is fully equipped with various tenders depending on location, including a 7.5m Smuggler RIB Tender, 2 x 5.5m Barra boats and 1 x 10m Naiad RIB. AKIKO has various other equipment for charter guests depending on the cruising area.

AKIKO? The owners chose the name AKIKO originating from New Zealand. In Maori, Akiko means “at a distance from home,” which is a fitting name for a yacht that promises to take you on an unforgettable journey.

Walking the pontoons of the Cannes Yachting Festival , it’s only natural to assume that every boat worth seeing is moored up, but no.

In this video, Nick takes us on a full tour of Spada , a Dutch superyacht built back in 1998, but recently refitted (at a cost of around €3million) to bring her up to modern standards.

An effortlessly classy style runs right through this yacht, from the canoe-style stern to the elegantly understated interior, with four huge cabins that can host up to 10 guests.

Key highlights include a glass atrium that lets natural light flood down into the central spiral staircase and a vast main-deck master cabin .

We are proud to announce the launch of the 34-metre explorer motor yacht Lady Lene, which took place on 15th October. Lady Lene features exterior design from the drawing boards of Guido de Groot Design, naval architecture by Ginton Naval Architects and Diana Yacht Design, and interiors penned by Carla Guilhem in collaboration with Guido de Groot Design.

Commissioned by a repeat Van der Valk client represented by YachtCreators, Lady Lene will be fully wheelchair accessible thanks to an elevator connecting all decks. Her sophisticated interior has been designed with accessibility as a top priority: all floors in the yacht are flush, and the design is characterised by round corners and a lack of sharp edges and angles.

Accommodation is comprised of two owner’s cabins (one on the bridge deck, and one located midships on the lower deck) as well as two VIP cabins and a bunk for children on the lower deck. A crew of seven is also housed on board across four cabins.

The main deck is home to an airy, open-plan lounge and dining area perfect for relaxing in all weathers. As a focal point of the yacht’s design, the aft entertainment space offers various zones perfect for lounging and dining, as well as an alfresco bar and swim platform.

Performance-wise, Lady Lene leaves nothing to be desired. An all-aluminium superyacht sporting a round bilge fast-displacement hull, twin MAN 1650 hp engines enable her to reach a top speed of 18 knots and cruise comfortably at 14 knots.

ENCORE shows in excellent condition and is available on short notice located in her prime slip at Island Gardens Marina in Miami Beach. She is the most upgraded of all the 15 112' Leopards built by the ARNO Shipyard in Italy.  Her 3x MTU jet propelled engines allow her to reach speeds near 40kts - with only 1300 original hours on the engines they have had light use over their lifetime. 

Perfect for cruising the Bahamas & Caribbean with a 4' Draft.

She sleeps 10 guests in 4 cabins included a full beam master cabin as well as a spacious VIP. In addition ENCORE has a bonus media room located forward no the main deck complete with full bath so this could easily be converted into a 5th cabin giving her the ability to sleep 12 guests. 

ENCORE also has a very successful charter business that puts her in the green covering all of her annual operating costs. Charter business could be included in the sale if a buyer is interested in a turn key, profitable business.

Walking up to ENCORE you immediately notice that her hull & superstructure is in excellent condition having recently received a full compound buff, wax and polish. 

She has a spacious garage that is recently painted and carries a full size jet ski which is included in the sale and room for a small jet tender with storage for water sports toys.

Arriving on the aft deck you have a large lounge/dining area. Cushions and the varnish on the table are all in excellent condition. A new pop-up tv is located forward to port side. The removable old-school umbrellas have been replaced with a new retractable awning which has support poles that light up with LEDs that really make the aft sunpads shine at night. 

You can continue to the bow both on the port & starboard sides. Teak decks are skinny and could be replaced (owner in the process of upgrading but depending on the sale dates this might not be completed before closing but can be included). Bow area has a massive sunpad area with tables and clam shell bimini for shade. What I love is that there is a crew area that sleeps 2 crew with full bath and 2 full size washers and 1 full size dryer so great added space depending on how many crew you require. Note: back aft she has a spacious crew area sleeping 4 with mess which I will touch on later.

Stepping up from the bow area you can reach the raised sundeck area which has additional sunpads all of which are in great space. I can imagine being up her blasting around the Bahamas at 35+ knots wind whipping in my face. Awesome spaces for when slow cruising or high speed to enjoy what owning a Leopard is all about. 

Entering the main salon through her automatic sliding glass doors you immediately notice the open space great for entertaining and the fact she has 7ft+ headroom throughout the entire interior oof the yacht. She has 2 built in sitting areas to port with new diamond stitched cushions, new flooring, and the old burle wood panelling has been replaced with dark wood that matches the fit & finish with the rest of the interior decor found throughout the interior of the yacht. A back-lit yellow Onyx bar has new Isotherm refrigerators. The accent glass separates the helm area from the salon and with a touch of the button frosts over into privacy glass. A massive new pop-up tv also acts as a great separation of space.

The port side of the salon has stairs that lead down to the crew area and galley. Crew accommodations sleep 4 in 2 bunk rooms both en-suits with a nice crew mess/dining area. Large enclosed galley has alot of natural light and counter top space for the chef to utilize as well as a pass through to help with service.

Moving forward from the salon to starboard you enter the media room which is awesome and full beam. New diamond stitch cushions match the salon, new tv, and full bath. This could be a great on-deck cabin which would allow the layout to have 5 cabins sleeping 12. Considering you have crew berths for up to 6 you can still provide proper service. 

Heading down to the guest areas you have 4 cabins sleeping 10. Back aft you have a full beam master, 2 smaller cabins both sleep 3 with pullman berths (the cabin to port has a queen, the cabin to starboard 2 singles) and stepping up forward you have your VIP which I almost prefer over the master it is so nice. New mattresses in the cabins. 

Heading back up to the helm this is where you will find important upgrades onboard with a completely new Navior shipboard monitoring system installed by Nautitech. This system interfaces with the 4 monitors including BlueVision. The system connects to all major systems onboard from generators, engines, bilges, tanks and also allows fro seamless transfer from shore power to generators. As for the Rolls Royce Kamewa drives, the old-school toggles have been upgraded to a touch screen making operations easier. The Garmin autopilot now interfaces with the Simrad systems so everything is nicely situated.

Stepping into the engine room you will also notice everything is extremely clean, upgraded and well maintained. The engines have only 1200 original hours, the older A/Sea shorepower units have been replaced with Atlas systems which are superior, black water systems been upgraded, new 60,000 BTU A/C compressor installed and the plumbing is being upgraded to improve water flow to the other compressors so that the entire AC system runs colder than before, new Capella pumps that are 1/2hp larger also assist. New exhaust blankets, new exhaust gaskets, bilges spotless, nice work space for the engineer and with great headroom and easy of access to all major machinery. D'Angelo has done a large amount of the maintenance since the owner purchased her 2 years ago. 

Summit was onboard when I was there completing a full inspection of the fire system onboard including portable devices, CO2 so check this off your list.

Overall she shows in excellent condition and is a turn-key package for private use and as a mentioned there is a profitable charter business surrounding her that can be included in the sale along with her prime slip at Island Gardens Marina.

Owner is upgrading and is a serious seller. Offers and inspections highly recommended.

She is the most upgraded of all the 15 112' Leopards built by the ARNO Shipyard in Italy.  Her 3x MTU jet propelled engines allow her to reach speeds near 40kts - with only 1300 original hours on the engines they have had light use over their lifetime. </p> <p>Perfect for cruising the Bahamas & Caribbean with a 4' Draft.</p> <p>She sleeps 10 guests in 4 cabins included a full beam master cabin as well as a spacious VIP. In addition ENCORE has a bonus media room located forward no the main deck complete with full bath so this could easily be converted into a 5th cabin giving her the ability to sleep 12 guests. </p> <p>ENCORE also has a very successful charter business that puts her in the green covering all of her annual operating costs. Charter business could be included in the sale if a buyer is interested in a turn key, profitable business.</p><p>Walking up to ENCORE you immediately notice that her hull & superstructure is in excellent condition having recently received a full compound buff, wax and polish. </p> <p>She has a spacious garage that is recently painted and carries a full size jet ski which is included in the sale and room for a small jet tender with storage for water sports toys.</p> <p>Arriving on the aft deck you have a large lounge/dining area. Cushions and the varnish on the table are all in excellent condition. A new pop-up tv is located forward to port side. The removable old-school umbrellas have been replaced with a new retractable awning which has support poles that light up with LEDs that really make the aft sunpads shine at night. </p> <p>You can continue to the bow both on the port & starboard sides. Teak decks are skinny and could be replaced (owner in the process of upgrading but depending on the sale dates this might not be completed before closing but can be included). Bow area has a massive sunpad area with tables and clam shell bimini for shade. What I love is that there is a crew area that sleeps 2 crew with full bath and 2 full size washers and 1 full size dryer so great added space depending on how many crew you require. Note: back aft she has a spacious crew area sleeping 4 with mess which I will touch on later.</p> <p>Stepping up from the bow area you can reach the raised sundeck area which has additional sunpads all of which are in great space. I can imagine being up her blasting around the Bahamas at 35+ knots wind whipping in my face. Awesome spaces for when slow cruising or high speed to enjoy what owning a Leopard is all about. </p> <p>Entering the main salon through her automatic sliding glass doors you immediately notice the open space great for entertaining and the fact she has 7ft+ headroom throughout the entire interior oof the yacht. She has 2 built in sitting areas to port with new diamond stitched cushions, new flooring, and the old burle wood panelling has been replaced with dark wood that matches the fit & finish with the rest of the interior decor found throughout the interior of the yacht. A back-lit yellow Onyx bar has new Isotherm refrigerators. The accent glass separates the helm area from the salon and with a touch of the button frosts over into privacy glass. A massive new pop-up tv also acts as a great separation of space.</p> <p>The port side of the salon has stairs that lead down to the crew area and galley. Crew accommodations sleep 4 in 2 bunk rooms both en-suits with a nice crew mess/dining area. Large enclosed galley has alot of natural light and counter top space for the chef to utilize as well as a pass through to help with service.</p> <p>Moving forward from the salon to starboard you enter the media room which is awesome and full beam. New diamond stitch cushions match the salon, new tv, and full bath. This could be a great on-deck cabin which would allow the layout to have 5 cabins sleeping 12. Considering you have crew berths for up to 6 you can still provide proper service. </p> <p>Heading down to the guest areas you have 4 cabins sleeping 10. Back aft you have a full beam master, 2 smaller cabins both sleep 3 with pullman berths (the cabin to port has a queen, the cabin to starboard 2 singles) and stepping up forward you have your VIP which I almost prefer over the master it is so nice. New mattresses in the cabins. </p> <p>Heading back up to the helm this is where you will find important upgrades onboard with a completely new Navior shipboard monitoring system installed by Nautitech. This system interfaces with the 4 monitors including BlueVision. The system connects to all major systems onboard from generators, engines, bilges, tanks and also allows fro seamless transfer from shore power to generators. As for the Rolls Royce Kamewa drives, the old-school toggles have been upgraded to a touch screen making operations easier. The Garmin autopilot now interfaces with the Simrad systems so everything is nicely situated.</p> <p>Stepping into the engine room you will also notice everything is extremely clean, upgraded and well maintained. The engines have only 1200 original hours, the older A/Sea shorepower units have been replaced with Atlas systems which are superior, black water systems been upgraded, new 60,000 BTU A/C compressor installed and the plumbing is being upgraded to improve water flow to the other compressors so that the entire AC system runs colder than before, new Capella pumps that are 1/2hp larger also assist. New exhaust blankets, new exhaust gaskets, bilges spotless, nice work space for the engineer and with great headroom and easy of access to all major machinery. D'Angelo has done a large amount of the maintenance since the owner purchased her 2 years ago. </p> <p>Summit was onboard when I was there completing a full inspection of the fire system onboard including portable devices, CO2 so check this off your list.</p> <p>Overall she shows in excellent condition and is a turn-key package for private use and as a mentioned there is a profitable charter business surrounding her that can be included in the sale along with her prime slip at Island Gardens Marina.</p> <p>Owner is upgrading and is a serious seller. Charter business could be included in the sale if a buyer is interested in a turn key, profitable business.</p><p>Walking up to ENCORE you immediately notice that her hull & superstructure is in excellent condition having recently received a full compound buff, wax and polish. </p> <p>She has a spacious garage that is recently painted and carries a full size jet ski which is included in the sale and room for a small jet tender with storage for water sports toys.</p> <p>Arriving on the aft deck you have a large lounge/dining area. Cushions and the varnish on the table are all in excellent condition. A new pop-up tv is located forward to port side. The removable old-school umbrellas have been replaced with a new retractable awning which has support poles that light up with LEDs that really make the aft sunpads shine at night. </p> <p>You can continue to the bow both on the port & starboard sides. Teak decks are skinny and could be replaced (owner in the process of upgrading but depending on the sale dates this might not be completed before closing but can be included). Bow area has a massive sunpad area with tables and clam shell bimini for shade. What I love is that there is a crew area that sleeps 2 crew with full bath and 2 full size washers and 1 full size dryer so great added space depending on how many crew you require. Note: back aft she has a spacious crew area sleeping 4 with mess which I will touch on later.</p> <p>Stepping up from the bow area you can reach the raised sundeck area which has additional sunpads all of which are in great space. I can imagine being up her blasting around the Bahamas at 35+ knots wind whipping in my face. Awesome spaces for when slow cruising or high speed to enjoy what owning a Leopard is all about. </p> <p>Entering the main salon through her automatic sliding glass doors you immediately notice the open space great for entertaining and the fact she has 7ft+ headroom throughout the entire interior oof the yacht. She has 2 built in sitting areas to port with new diamond stitched cushions, new flooring, and the old burle wood panelling has been replaced with dark wood that matches the fit & finish with the rest of the interior decor found throughout the interior of the yacht. A back-lit yellow Onyx bar has new Isotherm refrigerators. The accent glass separates the helm area from the salon and with a touch of the button frosts over into privacy glass. A massive new pop-up tv also acts as a great separation of space.</p> <p>The port side of the salon has stairs that lead down to the crew area and galley. Crew accommodations sleep 4 in 2 bunk rooms both en-suits with a nice crew mess/dining area. Large enclosed galley has alot of natural light and counter top space for the chef to utilize as well as a pass through to help with service.</p> <p>Moving forward from the salon to starboard you enter the media room which is awesome and full beam. New diamond stitch cushions match the salon, new tv, and full bath. This could be a great on-deck cabin which would allow the layout to have 5 cabins sleeping 12. Considering you have crew berths for up to 6 you can still provide proper service. </p> <p>Heading down to the guest areas you have 4 cabins sleeping 10. Back aft you have a full beam master, 2 smaller cabins both sleep 3 with pullman berths (the cabin to port has a queen, the cabin to starboard 2 singles) and stepping up forward you have your VIP which I almost prefer over the master it is so nice. New mattresses in the cabins. </p> <p>Heading back up to the helm this is where you will find important upgrades onboard with a completely new Navior shipboard monitoring system installed by Nautitech. This system interfaces with the 4 monitors including BlueVision. The system connects to all major systems onboard from generators, engines, bilges, tanks and also allows fro seamless transfer from shore power to generators. As for the Rolls Royce Kamewa drives, the old-school toggles have been upgraded to a touch screen making operations easier. The Garmin autopilot now interfaces with the Simrad systems so everything is nicely situated.</p> <p>Stepping into the engine room you will also notice everything is extremely clean, upgraded and well maintained. The engines have only 1200 original hours, the older A/Sea shorepower units have been replaced with Atlas systems which are superior, black water systems been upgraded, new 60,000 BTU A/C compressor installed and the plumbing is being upgraded to improve water flow to the other compressors so that the entire AC system runs colder than before, new Capella pumps that are 1/2hp larger also assist. New exhaust blankets, new exhaust gaskets, bilges spotless, nice work space for the engineer and with great headroom and easy of access to all major machinery. D'Angelo has done a large amount of the maintenance since the owner purchased her 2 years ago. </p> <p>Summit was onboard when I was there completing a full inspection of the fire system onboard including portable devices, CO2 so check this off your list.</p> <p>Overall she shows in excellent condition and is a turn-key package for private use and as a mentioned there is a profitable charter business surrounding her that can be included in the sale along with her prime slip at Island Gardens Marina.</p> <p>Owner is upgrading and is a serious seller. The master possesses different levels that keep the owner or lucky guest interested in the space. From a walk in closet on one level to a secluded toilet area descending to double sinks and shower region, the master room keeps you interested. One can move one more level up to the fly bridge, the highest deck on this triple-decker. The Fly bridge deck is open to the elements. Suntan, enjoy the breeze as it hits you at 25 knots or shade under optional hardtop. There is a wealth of seating as well. This is in the form of a "C" shaped outdoor settee. Across from the main seating there is "L" shaped seating. There is a small bar off to the starboard side and centrally placed Jacuzzi. On the portside of this jacuzzi, there are sunpads. Sunpads can be located to the fore of the master suite, just before the anchor equipment. Performance wise, powerful diesels will push the 34-meter yacht along at 25 knots or above.
