First the purchase process. We worked with Jerry and he had many, many boats in stock to choose from, gave us a fair price and GLYS even jumped though hoops to get the boat delivered to us on the Chain o Lakes per their commitment on Friday before the 4th of July holiday in 2020.

Second is storage last winter. They completely resolved a couple minor warranty issues we had, completed the 100 hour service requirements flawlessly, and provided excellent heated indoor storage for us. Picking up the boat in October and dropping it back off in May. No trailer needed for me. No fuss no muss!

Third is service. We had a failure out on the lake. I called Amy, she says "oh yeah Steve can come out TODAY". I'll save the details of the issue. What is important is the EXCELLENT, FAST, service coming out to me on Grass Lake to do the service call (as you know, these folks are in Kenosha). We are already back running and will be back on the water Saturday without missing a beat. Amy will be submitting the charges back to Smokercraft as the work should all be under warranty. I cannot say enough good things about all these folks at Great Lakes Yacht Sales. If there was a 6 star button, they would get it!

We have stored our boat here for many years. We have also had maintenance and repairs done on our boat here. Jerry, Amy and his team have been great to work with. We've had excellent service and would highly recommend!
