Ugur is a gulet known for its spacious and comfortable living space and sundeck. At 32 meters, the upper deck has been utilised well. The centre of the yacht, above the saloon has been made into a platform for sunbeds leaving plenty of clean space on the forward deck. The forward deck is therefore great for yoga groups wanting to do classes while on board or for other similar activities. This gulet can carry 14 passengers in its seven luxurious cabins broken into one master cabin and six double cabins. Each cabin features air conditioning, plasma TVs with satellite TV, ensuite bathrooms with hair dryer and home style showers. Gulet Ali Ugur built in 1999 and completely renovated in 2006 to provide a traditional and safe vacation for all its guests without a big budget. If do you prefer being on the sea and feeling like on a family boat, Ali Ugur will be a perfect option for you.

Gulet Ali Ugur is 23 meters long. She has 6 Double Cabins, thereby accommodating 12 guests, there aren`t air condition facilities. Each cabin has a separate WC and shower unit.

There is a cushioned seating area, dining table and dining area at the rear of the boat. There is a separate dining table in saloon and your meals are prepared in a fully equipped kitchen. Ali Ugur Gulet has enough sunbathing mats and space for all guests.

There are separate quarters for the 3 crew accompanying you on your cruise, also sometimes they are sleeping on deck in the condition of respect for your privacy due to weather conditions. The Crew organizes all meals, cleaning, maintenance, and daily activities during the cruise. Safety and comfort of our guests is an absolute priority and the crew has been trained to ensure that.

Family friendly Ugur provides plenty of space both inside and out.

The lower deck houses 6 cabins, 2 Master with private bathrooms and jacuzzis, and 4 ensuite doubles. A further double ensuite is found on the main deck.

She has a generously proportioned deck, the spacious foredeck has a large sunbathing area with plenty of sunbeds for all, whilst the alfresco dining area can be found to the aft. A large air conditioned saloon provides shelter from the elements and she also features a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining area and bar.

There are plenty of water toys included too, Ugur comes equipped with a 100HP Joker boat, water skis, wakeboard, SUP, ringo, tube ride and 2 canoes and her experienced crew of 5 will ensure you are well looked after as you explore the Turkish waters.

She includes seven spacious cabins, all with en-suite with double beds, and two decks for relaxing and socializing during your cruise. Enjoy dining outdoors or in, either way, the talented Chef is likely to be one of the highlights, along with time out in the sea, discovering the magnificent underwater world with the snorkel gear provided, or taking out one of the many water toys like waterski, Ringo, banana, etc.

Gulet Ugur is a 32 meters long deluxe gulet yacht. The beam is 8,20 meters and the draft is 3,20 meters. The deluxe gulet yacht has 2 x 600 HP Zondeir engine. There are tanks for 5 tons of fuel and 10 tons of water.

Gulet yacht UGUR has 2 Suite cabins with Jacuzzi + 2 Master cabins + 3 Deluxe Double cabins for 14 guests. 2 separate crew quarters for total of 5 crew members. Free Wireless Internet is available in every corner of the yacht. All cabins have TV with satellite system & DVD player. All cabins have air conditioning. All cabins have private home type toilets and showers.

The yacht insurance covers the yacht, her equipment and all crew members and guests against fire, collision and other marine risks or catastrophe. In case of any accident sustained by the crew/guests, the loss of the yacht, her equipment and the crew damages are included.

The guests -by their own Travel Insurance- is responsible for any injuries or loses out of board and any injuries on board that may arise from his/her own fault or mistake.

The guests can use the yacht on the cruise area as per the itinerary agreed before departure. The Captain has the right to change the cruise itinerary due to bad weather conditions, the docking impossibilities in ports or change in local legislation without prior notice.

How is the life on board a Yacht?

Gulet yachts are built to center life on deck during a yacht charter. Spacious decks and housing a large aft for dining and lounging area are their main features. The number of guests a Gulet yacht carries depends on the yacht's size, though most of them accommodate between eight to sixteen people. These yachts offer their guests separate accommodations with en-suite facilities. Modern Gulet Yachts are comfortably equipped with all of the amenities that you would feel at home and encourage an environment in which you are expected to do nothing but enjoy yourself. On a yacht charter, you have the chance, unlike cruises on large cruise ship, to explore the secluded and often deserted bays and coves of the coastline. The small harbors and settlements offer an intimate view of coastal life which large ships cannot replicate authentically. Your cruise is full-board on yacht cabin charters, excluding all beverages. On private yacht charter, you can spend your yacht holiday without even having to decide what is going to be on the menu, you may let the yacht's Chef prepare you delicious set menus with a small additional charge per person basis. Or you may choose to book half board meals on some days and stop for a lovely dinner at a colorful seaside restaurant.

You need casual wear; non slip foot wear, swimming suit, a sun hat, some t-shirts and shorts, a sweater for cool evenings and for excursions and climbs, blue jeans and strong footwear. Instead of one large suitcase, we recommend that you take small and preferably soft bags as they are more convenient to store in your cabin. Hand, bath and beach towels are supplied. Also bring your personal sanitary, shampoo, bath gel, toothpaste, etc. If you are interested in snorkeling, you may bring your equipment, because the equipment on board may not fit to your size. For charging the electrical devices, the supply on board is 220 V.ac and European type plugs are used. Please bring your converters/adaptors accordingly.

Does the gulets have to return to the same port of departure?

This depends on the boat you will choose, her base and reservation chart. A oneway charter can be scheduled by departing from one port and ending in anther. It's best to book early as soon as possible to have the flexibility of an itinerary and ports you like.

Are the yacht charters weekly? Can we rent a yacht more or less than 7 days?

In Turkey, the yacht cruises are mainly operated on weekly basis and from Sarueday to Saturday. We try to suit to our guests’ preferences during low season; however we may not offer alternative periods in the high season. Therefore, the gulet yacht rental prices are quoted per week.

Alternative yacht rentals periods (shorter or longer) can be available according the yachts availability, ports, season, etc. Please ask.

• If a client wishes to use private marinas the costs can vary from 300 and up to 500 €/night.
• Tips are not included in the price of the charter and are a voluntary way of showing appreciation for a good service. Usually, it is 7% to 15% of the charter price, according to your satisfaction, paid to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally by the captain to the rest of the crew.

How does the charter agreement work?

Once your chosen yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard MYBA or Goolets charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the yacht's central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

What are the payment terms?

After signing the MYBA or Goolets charter agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required. You can pay the fee via bank transfer or credit card (only Visa or MasterCard). The other 50%, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (if applicable), taxes, positioning fees, and any previously agreed charges are payable via bank transfer eight weeks before departure.

What are the actual operating expenses?

Once you made the final payment of the charter, you pay the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Under MYBA terms, this fee is usually between 30% - 40% of the total charter cost.

This covers the operating expenses of a charter (explained under Charter Terms), such as fuel, food, drinks, port fees, and ad hoc incidentals. The APA is given to the captain before the start of your charter. Some yachts and gulets also offer food/drinks packages which are normally paid in cash during embarkation, while the port taxes are paid during embarkation according to the costs presented by the captain. The Captain ensures that the yacht is fully fuelled and stocked when you step on board. 

While an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your captain at the end of the cruise. 

In case of surpassing the amount of money already paid during your yacht charter (with the APA), additional funds (in cash) will be required at once. If there is an outstanding balance from the yacht charter, it should be settled in cash or by bank transfer before you disembark. In case of a remaining credit at the end of your charter, you will be fully reimbursed. 

If a transfer by car to and from the yacht is required, it can be arranged either by the charter company or by the yacht’s captain, payment for which will be deducted from your APA.

How can we make your yacht charter personalized?

To ensure a unique and tailor-made charter experience, we will send you a detailed questionnaire eight weeks before you embark on your yacht. You can tell us your group's preferences and special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs, any particular wishes regarding exercise, entertainment, or if you are celebrating a special occasion. 

Are internet and satellite TV connections available onboard?

In case you really need to get some work done during your vacation, no worries. On most yachts, there is mobile broadband internet and satellite TV, so you will stay connected to the rest of the world. Just keep in mind that the service can be limited in some areas (you are in the middle of the sea after all). If you anticipate regular usage of the internet, let us know prior to embarking, as upgrades might be subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Is smoking allowed onboard?

Smoking is permitted only on the outside decks, and on some yachts, only in dedicated outdoor areas. Please consult our charter brokers for more information. For safety reasons, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited on all yachts.

Are tips for the crew mandatory?

Even though tips are not mandatory, the guests normally extend a gratuity to the devoted crew. The amount depends on the guest's satisfaction, but it is approximately 10% of the charter fee. The tips are equally distributed among all crew members by the captain.

Should I get any insurance?

In case of unforeseen circumstances that might prevent the charter, we highly recommend taking out the Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance to protect the investment. Besides that, the guests should be covered by Personal Accident and Medical Insurance, and their belongings are insured against theft, loss, or damage. Charterers’ Liability insurance is also highly recommended. Contact your broker for further assistance and additional advice regarding the insurance.

How are the charter rates calculated?

Charter rates are estimated weekly. If a charter exceeds seven days, they are calculated pro-rata against the weekly rate divided by seven and multiplied by the number of charter days. Keep in mind that some yachts are only chartered on a weekly (Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday) basis, especially during the high season.

High and low season rates vary depending on charter locations and types of yachts. The high rates apply to the most popular charter periods (July/August and Christmas/New Year), and to all major events. Low season rates apply to all other periods.

The charter rates on our website are up to date but may be subject to change. 

What are the charter terms?

Most charter rates are based on MYBA Terms, which entail that the yacht is in full commission, with all necessary equipment, properly insured for marine risks, and managed by a crew, whose wages, food, and clothing are the owner’s expense.

All other operating expenses are charged to the charterer and include (but are not limited to): fuel and lubricating oils for the yacht and her tenders; local taxes; pilotage; port, harbor, and marina dues; customs clearance; water and power; personal laundry; all provisions, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and consumables for the charterer’s group; shoreside excursions, telecommunication, and internet costs.

Please note that, occasionally, a yacht may offer an alteration on the terms described above. For further information about specific yachts, consult your broker.

Do any other taxes apply?

For charters in European waters, Value Added Tax and delivery costs may be charged on the gross Charter Fee, due to the European Union tax legislation. In other countries, local taxes may also apply. Depending on your chosen charter destination, our brokers will provide any prevalent rates.

Gulet  'Ugur'  is 31 metres with 7 Cabin 2 Suite with Jacuzzi, 2 Master and 3 double cabins for accommodation up to 14 guests.  Each cabin has a fully air-conditioned, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with hydro massage showers and home style toilet. Gulet  'Ugur'  provides professional 5 crews (Captain, Cook, 2 deckhands) for high standard of hospitality, for a luxury gulet cruise holiday.  She is not only a very spacious and comfortable charter yacht, but she is also fully equipped for all guest's needs. The yacht is based in Turkey, available for luxury yacht charters throughout the Eastern Mediterranean.  Externally, the yacht has a generously proportioned deck area, housing the al fresco aft deck dining and relaxation area. On the spacious foredeck, there is a sitting area as well as a large sun tanning area complete with sunbeds.
