Halloween in San Francisco  is a festive affair. Houses across the city go all out with decorations, making for a spooky scene, especially as the fog rolls through the city's iconic hills. Truly, when October arrives, the area transforms into spooky celebrations everywhere you look, from fun-filled   pumpkin patches  to  chilling  escape rooms  to iconic neighborhoods perfect for trick-or-treating . The city also hosts a range of Halloween events that appeal to everyone. This year, Halloween events in San Francisco range from a Titantic-themed masquerade part to a must-see dog costume contest to a lively pub crawl. Whether you're seeking spine-tingling thrills, family-friendly fun, or a night of masquerade and mystery, we'll take you on a tour of the most bewitching and entertaining Halloween events San Francisco has to offer. Halloween events in San Francisco

1.  terror vault: the initiation.

The Bay Area has a long history of cult and cult-like groups—and this eerie history is being celebrated as the main storyline inside one of San Francisco's most immersive and spooky haunted experiences, Terror Vault. Titled "The Initiation," the event takes place inside the Old Mint, hosted by production company Terror Vault, and runs for five weeks, beginning in late September. The idea: you're invited to attend a recruitment seminar for “INsight,” a spiritual cult. Warning: the experience is not for the faint of heart. 

2.  Pier Pressure Black Pearl Halloween Yacht Party

The infamous, multi-level Black Pearl is setting sail this Halloween to give reveling swashbucklers the finest views of the Bay. With three DJs and dance areas on board, this yacht bash should be the jolliest vessel for costumed roisterers (dressed as pirates or otherwise) this holiday. Snag the VIP pass, and drink up (me hearties) the free cocktails all night.

3.  San Francisco Titanic Masquerade Halloween Yacht Party

All aboard this Titanic-themed Halloween party cruise on Friday, October 28, complete with three decks and two DJs for dancing the night away. Pick-up will occur at Pier 3 dock, where you'll board the San Francisco Spirit and take three hours of city views, open bar and dancing.

4.  Thrill-O-Ween

For a family-friendly affair, head over to Thrive City—the complex home to the Chase Center and Golden State Warriors—hosting "Thrill-O-Ween" on Saturday, October 28. The event will be full of afternoon activities for all ages, including a screening of Pixar's  Elemental, a massive bounce house and a costume contest. 

5.  Halloween-themed candlelight concerts

If creepy haunted hauses or roaring parties aren't really your thing, how does a candlelit concert that's still Halloween festive sound? Candlelight concerts will bring two different Halloween-themed shows to San Francisco. The first is on October 13 in celebration of Friday the 13th, with live musicians playing beats from scary movies such as The Exorcist , Psycho and A Nightmare on Elm Street . On October 26 and 27, the concert will feature Halloween classics such as "Thriller" by Michael Jackson and theme songs from Beetlejuice and Ghostbusters.

6.  Nightlife on Elm Street

Every Thursday, the California Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park holds " Nightlife ," a 21+ event after hours at the museum with cocktails, music and mingling after dark. On Thursday, October 26, the event will transform into a Halloween event, with spooky touches and  performances by  Oaklash , a group of drag and queer performers. The Morrison Planetarium will even be open with four different screenings. 

7.  Death By Aria

If you're looking for a Halloween event that's less booze cruise or pub crawl, this Halloween concert, Death By Aria, is back by popular demand. Take in music from a line-up of artists, including soprano Julie Adams, tenor Zhengyi Bai, mezzo-soprano Nikola Printz, and pianist Ronny Michael Greenberg. Put on your costume and enjoy a night of music, themed cocktails, and hors d'oeuvres.

8.  Crawloween: San Francisco Halloween Pub Crawl 2023

A pub crawl is akin to trick-or-treating for adults—and this is one of the best Halloween pub crawls in the city from 2 to 10pm on Saturday, October 28. Event organizers expect upwards of 8,000 attendees this year with more than 40 bars participating and offering drink specials. Get started by checking in at Mayes, Nick’s Crispy Tacos, or Del Mar to get your wristband before heading out to bars across Polk Street. Party shuttles will be offered from 3 to 8pm to help you move along throughout the evening.

9.  Annual Naughty Halloween Ball

If you're looking to get wild on Halloween, don't miss the Naughty Halloween Ball hosted at the three-story adult club, Power Exchange. You can wear anything from a costume to your birthday suit, and fetish wear or lingerie are encouraged. Novices, exhibitions and voyeurs alike are welcome.

10.  Haunted Howl-o-ween Party for Dogs at Wag Hotels San Francisco

Who doesn't love to see a pup dressed up for Halloween? If you'd rather see furry friends in costume rather than people, head to the Haunted Howl-o-ween Party at Wag Hotels on Thursday, October 27 from 6:30 to 8pm—100% of ticket sales and silent auction proceeds will go to Hearts for Paws Rescue. Dress up Fido and take them to get photos with Cruella de Ville, do tricks for treats, and enter a costume contest.

Get ready for this year's Halloween parties in SF! Since this fun holiday falls on a Thursday this year, you can expect several fun events the weekend before and a handful the weekend after.

Many of these annual 21+ parties include several rooms of dance music, costume contests, and drinks all night long. Buy your tickets early as many of them sell out!

Make sure to check all the details as some require costumes to enter.

Multiple Nights

Crawloween: san francisco halloween pub crawl.

Starts at 6 pm on Friday (25) and Thursday (31); starts at 2 pm on Saturday (26)

Drink specials and dancing all night long on this San Francisco Halloween Club Crawl. This event runs from 6 pm to 11 pm (Friday and Tuesday) and from 2 pm to 10 pm on Saturday. All three days will start at Mayes Oyster House at 1233 Polk Street.

Some of the bars participating in this event include McTeagues, Lush Lounge, R Bar, and the Wreck Room. Tickets run from $14 to $58 per person.

SF Halloween Bar Crawl

6 pm to 11:59 pm on Saturday (26) and from 6 pm to 11 pm on Thursday (31)

This pub crawl includes drink specials and free entry at several bars and pubs around San Francisco. All cover charges are included. You MUST check in at the Comet Club SF between 6 pm and 10 pm.

Trick or Drink Halloween Bar Crawl

This 3-Day bar crawl event is on Friday 10/25, Saturday 10/26 and Thursday 10/31. It starts at the NorthStar Cafe in North Beach.

Friday registration is between 6 pm and 11 pm and is when you will get your wristband, map, and other details. Check in on Saturday is from 4 pm to 10 pm and check in on Thursday is from 6 pm to 10 pm.

Terror Vault: The Initiation

Dates: 10/4 - 11/3

If you're looking for something a little different, dive into the Initiation, Terror Vault's recruitment seminar for the spiritual cult "INsight," which will open your eyes to true consciousness and help you see what's hiding in the dark.

Friday, October 25

International ball volume 1.

9 pm to 2 am

One of the most popular Halloween parties in SF can be found at the W Hotel. This night offers an amazing lineup, three separate rooms of entertainment, several DJs, dancers, drummers and more more! 

Tickets start at around $30 per person and increase closer to the event.

Fun Ghost Tours Around SF

Saturday, october 26, halloween mega international ball volume 2.

Head over to the W Hotel for this year's Halloween International Ball. Starting at 9 pm, you can enjoy four rooms of great music: the Main Room (EDM, house, Top 40, club anthems), the Latin Room, the Persian Room, and the Hip-hop/Mash-up 80s and 90s Room.

World-renowned DJs and performers include DJ Aykut, DJ Santero, DJ Kevin Armstrong, and more. They will perform alongside live drummers.

Costumes are required. Tickets start at $30 per person with prices increasing as the date nears.

The Black Pearl Halloween Yacht Party

10 pm to 1 am

Head out on the waters of the SF Bay to celebrate Halloween 2024. This Black Pearl Halloween Party offers three decks of fun with two DJs and a three-hour cruise with amazing views.

Check in beings at 9:15 pm, boarding starts at 9:40 pm at Pier 3, gates close at 9:55 pm, cruise sets sail at 10 pm and returns at 1 am.

Costumes are required. Tickets range from $38 to $271 (plus fees and taxes).

The Official Halloween Bar Crawl

Join Crawl with Us this Halloween in San Francisco for their 7th Annual Pub Crawl. It starts at Emperor Norton's BoozeLand and runs from 4 pm to 11:59 pm. 

It starts with check in between 4 pm and 6 pm. Bar Crawl drink specials run from 4 pm to 10 pm and then there is an after part from 10 pm to 11:59 pm.

It also features professional photographers, a $1k National Costume Contest, and other fun surprises along the way.

Fright nightlife.

Most Thursdays, SF's popular science museum, the Cal Academy in Golden Gate Park, offers a fun nighttime 21+ program that offers music and cocktails as you peruse the exhibits.

Daft Disko Halloween: San Francisco

This French House & Disco Party is a great option for Halloween in San Francisco. The events is at Audio at 316 11th Street and runs from 9 pm to 2 am.

It will feature music, dancing and a lot of fun!

PURCHASE POLICY

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES FINAL: There are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made.

Credit Card & ID:

You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid Government Issued Photo Identification (along with your e-tickets that have been emailed to you via Eventbrite when your order was placed): the name on both the credit card and ID match the name on your purchased tickets, in order to gain entry to the event. If the name on the Credit Card and/or ID does not match the tickets, or if you do not have both the credit card used to make the purchase and government issued identification, you will be denied entry to event without a refund.

If you encounter a problem at the event, you must file a complaint with Promoter within 5 calendar days following the date of the event; failure to contact Promoter within the 5-day period will be a complete waiver of your right to request compensation whether monetary or otherwise. Purchase Policy:

By placing an order, you are confirming that you received this policy and are agreeing to abide by the clauses within. This Purchase Policy is a binding contract between you and event Promoter.

Event Booking:

By purchasing a ticket, package or reservation you're entitled to entry to event you're purchasing it for. At the time of your order, Eventbrite will place an order for your ticket(s) in the Promoters ticketing system, reducing the number of tickets available for the chosen event. Before purchasing your ticket(s) we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event(s) you wish to attend, as there are no refunds. Each event has a definitive date, start time and end time. If you do not show up to the event, you understand that you are forfeiting your ticket(s) and therefore your ticketing fee (the entirety of what you paid) will not be returned to you. Alcohol, Seating, Food:

Each event features a cash bar. There is no seating or food; unless otherwise stated in the event listing. If food is provided; then it is a first come, first served basis, unless the event listing and or ticket description clearly states that it is available for a specific time period or for the entire event duration. If the event description states there is food for any period during the event, and there is no food available when you choose to eat, please know that the venue is replenishing the food. If you have waited for an extended period of time and the food has not been replenished, please contact venue management at the event for an estimated time that the food will be ready for you. If there are periods of time when food is not available for you due to the venue replenishing said food, no matter how long the wait(s), such is not grounds for a refund. Please contact us with any questions.

Event Cancellations:

If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket.

No Refunds:

Unforeseen circumstances beyond promoters control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, extended waits in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies, employment issues including layoffs, traffic, parking, public or private transportation issues, etc. If you purchased for the incorrect date, location, event, etc, promoter is not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange or transfer. If cancellation or transfer request is approved, promoter reserves the right to charge a $10 administrative fee for its time, in addition to charging a $10 restocking fee per ticket if tickets are placed back on sale. Promoters, Venue Owners, Venue Management, Security, Event Staff, and other agents of the event, have the right to refuse entry to any ticket-holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion , including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with the rules of the venue, incorrect attire, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security, and other restrictions. Ticket-holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice, which are not grounds for a refund. Ticket-holder is aware that amenities promised by Promoter are not guaranteed, and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, drink tickets, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests, etc. Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event is not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: music, DJ(s), decorations or lack thereof, party favors or lack thereof, beverages or lack thereof, alcohol selection, bar staff, food availability and selection, fellow patrons/attendees, venue staff, event staff, security, performances, ambiance, amenities, venue, check-in process, seating or lack of seating, wait in lines, emergency closures of event, emergency return of boats or yachts, delayed commencing of events, early ending of events, public amenities such as fireworks or public performances or the lack thereof, line of sight of public amenities such as fireworks or public performances being blocked by trees, buildings, boats, people, and/or other things, etc.

Release of Liability:

By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite, you hereby release and forever discharge Promoter from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance at, and voluntary participation in, the event(s), including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events Promoter. By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite for this event, you hereby release and forever discharge event Promoter, and their officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the event(s). It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Promoter of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.

By Purchasing tickets for this event, ticket purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless event Promoter, said entities officers, owners, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees arising out of or by reason of complying with this Indemnity Clause. Collections & Legal Action Against Debt:

Once you make a purchase, if those funds are removed from the Promoter's account and given back to you, you owe the Promoter that money back, plus applicable fees as outlined below. If you owe money to Promoter, Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against you and/or send you to collections for the recovery of said debt. If you are sent to collection or there is legal action taken against you, you are fiscally responsible for any and all legal costs and fees, directly associated and/or indirectly associated, with recovering the debt owed by you. Promoter's collections agencies reserve the right to negatively affect your personal credit score until your debt is paid. Once an account has been placed in collections, the only way to get yourself out of Collections is to pay the debt owed by you to the collections agency.

Arbitration Agreement:

In the event there are any legal disputes against Promoter, by agreeing to this Purchase Policy, you agree that such disputes will be arbitrated. You further agree that the location of arbitration will be set in Los Angeles County, California.

Severability:

And even though Halloween isn’t until the last Tuesday of the month, there’s no reason you can’t start celebrating now. From the creepiest haunted houses that’ll have you shrieking with delight to the secret potion parties at our favorite haunts, plus family-friendly and furry companion-ready escapades, we’ve conjured up over 25 of the best Halloween events in San Francisco that’ll tickle the fancy of even the most spirited (or should we say, un-spirited?) creatures of the night.

Terror vault: the initiation.

Through Saturday, November 5 The Mint, SoMa, $55 to $85 If you’ve ever wanted to join a cult, this is your chance. The Terror Vault is consistently SF’s most thrilling Halloween experience, and The Initiation, the latest spine-chilling masterpiece from Into the Dark (which includes Peaches Christ as one of its members), delivers. Your goal: To survive the INsight Institute’s membership process while simultaneously thwarting a murderous plot, all while journeying through an immersive haunted house full of (literal and metaphorical) twists and turns, terrifying characters, jump scares, gore, and even a little full frontal nudity. The cost if you fail: Oh, only your eyesight. The best part of the theatrical experience is how interactive it is, but if you’re more of a voyeur, you can opt out. Be sure to check your coat (it is very warm inside of the INsight Institue), and if you need some liquid courage, you can find it at Fang Bang, the 80’s New Wave/goth vampire-themed pop-up bar with Halloween-themed cocktails and members of the undead. Winchester Mystery House: Unhinged Housewarming

Thursday–Sunday nights (October 19–October 29) and Tuesday, October 31 San Jose, $65 to $100 A new couple has moved into this bizarre maze-like estate known for its haunting architectural curiosities, and they’re inviting you to their housewarming party. Pirates of Emerson: Haunted Theme Park

Severability:

• If any clause, aspect, part or provisions of this Purchase Policy is found to be null, void, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, the rest of this Purchase Policy remains in full binding effect, and the unenforceable provision(s) shall be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit the enforcement of said clause that required modification and of the agreement as a whole.

Some Info to Know:

Parking: Please allow plenty of time to find parking. Attend parking lot available at Pier 3, on the Embarcadero. Additional parking lots available: On Davis St. between Broadway st. & Vallejo St, On the corner of The Embarcadero and Broadway St, and On The Embarcadero and Washington St. (Directly across from Pier 3). Please make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking.

Bay Area Nightlife and Hornblower Cruises & Events are not responsible for any parking lots. Please DO NOT Drink & Drive. Use Ride Share Apps: Lyft or Uber..

Dress Code: This is a fun Joker Cruise! Any Costume is OK; but costume is required. No Weapons or props that could be used as a weapon will be allowed. If you have questions about dress code please call us: 415 573 0740. We're happy to answer any questions you may have.

Must be 21+ to participate. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change while supplies last.

Please Note: This party cruise is expected to follow CDC Guidelines with social distancing and masks if & when necessary. All staff will have necessary PPE for excellent clean service. If event is canceled due to Covid-19, you'll be refunded.

Additional Information

No alcohol, open containers or outside food is permitted. No illegal drugs or controlled substances, including prescription drugs and marijuana, will be tolerated. Using marijuana on the water is illegal, regardless of medical condition(s). The use and or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances is absolutely prohibited by the US Coast Guard.

Yacht Company holds a zero tolerance policy related to illegal substances aboard all vessels. Anyone caught participating or processing any such items will not be allowed to board and substances will be confiscated.

If you are thought to be under the influence of, or caught participating in, illegal substances on board, you'll be quarantined until boat can safely return to dock and the cruise is subject to end for all guests immediately upon doing so; no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

SF Health Order Mandate Info

For clarity below are the guidelines regarding the vaccination status of anyone boarding the vessel:

• Anyone boarding the vessel must be Fully Vaccinated.
• “Fully Vaccinated” means: two (2) weeks after completing the entire recommended series of vaccination with a vaccine authorized by FDA or WHO. FDA-authorized vaccines include Pfizer, Moderna, J&J and WHO-authorized vaccines include Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, Sinovac, Sinopharm, Oxford/AstraZenca.
• Proofs of Full Vaccination is required to board vessel. Acceptable proofs of Full Vaccination ONLY include:
• CDC vaccination card, which includes name of persons vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date last dose administered, or similar documentation issued by another foreign governmental jurisdiction;
• A photo or copy of a vaccination card as a separate document;
• A photo of a vaccination card stored on a phone or electronic device;
• Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider;
• A personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of CA and available at myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov or similar documentation issued by another state, local, or foreign governmental jurisdiction, or by an approved private company (a list of approved companies offering digital vaccine cards is available at: www.sfdph.org/dph/alerts/files/vaccine-verification-sites.pdf
• Masks Required under SF mandate & US Coast Guard Orders :
• All attendees and staff are required, regardless of vaccination status, to wear masks while attending this event.
• Masks must be a “Well-Fitted Mask” which excludes bandana, balaclava, ski mask, scarf, turtleneck, collar, or single layer of fabric, or mask with unfiltered one-way exhaust valve) per SF Health Order.
• Face masks will be provided for those who arrive without them.
• Please Note: All tickets are non-refundable; regardless of whether or not you have been vaccinated for Covid. If you have not been vaccinated and or you are hesitant about the vaccine; then we will provide a credit toward any event for up to one year, includes all 2022 events (except NYE). * Exact dollar amount will be applied to the future event, not ticket for ticket.
• We apologize for any inconvenience. Our first priority is the safety of our guests. Let's have fun and party responsibly!

Purchase Policy

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES FINAL: There are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made.

Credit Card & ID:

You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid Government Issued Photo Identification (along with your e-tickets that have been emailed to you via Eventbrite when your order was placed): the name on both the credit card and ID match the name on your purchased tickets, in order to gain entry to the event. If the name on the Credit Card and/or ID does not match the tickets, or if you do not have both the credit card used to make the purchase and government issued identification, you will be denied entry to event without a refund.

If you encounter a problem at the event, you must file a complaint with Promoter within 5 calendar days following the date of the event; failure to contact Promoter within the 5-day period will be a complete waiver of your right to request compensation whether monetary or otherwise. Purchase Policy:

By placing an order, you are confirming that you received this policy and are agreeing to abide by the clauses within. This Purchase Policy is a binding contract between you and event Promoter.

Event Booking:

By purchasing a ticket, package or reservation you're entitled to entry to event you're purchasing it for. At the time of your order, Eventbrite will place an order for your ticket(s) in the Promoter’s ticketing system, reducing the number of tickets available for the chosen event. Before purchasing your ticket(s) we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event(s) you wish to attend, as there are no refunds. Each event has a definitive date, start time and end time. If you do not show up to the event, you understand that you are forfeiting your ticket(s) and therefore your ticketing fee (the entirety of what you paid) will not be returned to you. If you do not attend your event, you're still 100% financially liable for your purchase. If you cannot attend event, you will not receive refund.

Alcohol, Seating, Food:

Each event features a ‘cash bar.’ There is no seating or food; unless otherwise stated in the event listing. If food is provided; then it is a ‘first come, first served basis,’ unless the event listing and or ticket description clearly states that it is available for a specific time period or for the entire event duration. If the event description states there is food for any period during the event, and there is no food available when you choose to eat, please know that the venue is replenishing the food. If you have waited for an extended period of time and the food has not been replenished, please contact venue management at the event for an estimated time that the food will be ready for you. If there are periods of time when food is not available for you due to the venue replenishing said food, no matter how long the wait(s), such is not grounds for a refund. Please contact us with any questions.

Event Cancellations:

If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket.

No Refunds:

Unforeseen circumstances beyond promoter’s control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, extended waits in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies, employment issues including layoffs, traffic, parking, public or private transportation issues, etc. If you purchased for the incorrect date, location, event, etc, promoter is not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange or transfer. If cancellation or transfer request is approved, promoter reserves the right to charge a $10 administrative fee for its time, in addition to charging a $10 restocking fee per ticket if tickets are placed back on sale. Promoters, Venue Owners, Venue Management, Security, Event Staff, and other agents of the event, have the right to refuse entry to any ticket-holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion , including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with the rules of the venue, incorrect attire, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security, and other restrictions. Ticket-holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice, which are not grounds for a refund. Ticket-holder is aware that amenities promised by Promoter are not guaranteed, and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, drink tickets, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests, etc. Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event is not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: music, DJ(s), decorations or lack thereof, party favors or lack thereof, beverages or lack thereof, alcohol selection, bar staff, food availability and selection, fellow patrons/attendees, venue staff, event staff, security, performances, ambiance, amenities, venue, check-in process, seating or lack of seating, wait in lines, emergency closures of event, emergency return of boats or yachts, delayed commencing of events, early ending of events, public amenities such as fireworks or public performances or the lack thereof, line of sight of public amenities such as fireworks or public performances being blocked by trees, buildings, boats, people, and/or other things, etc.

Release of Liability:

By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite, you hereby release and forever discharge Promoter from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance at, and voluntary participation in, the event(s), including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the event’s Promoter. By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite for this event, you hereby release and forever discharge event Promoter, and their officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the event(s). It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Promoter of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.

By Purchasing tickets for this event, ticket purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless event Promoter, said entities officers, owners, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or by reason of complying with this Indemnity Clause. Ticket purchaser, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby release, remise, and forever discharge event Promoter and its entities owners, officers, employees and agents, from all manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, judgments, executions, claims, demands whatsoever, known or unknown, in law or equity, which ticket-holder has ever had, now have, may have, or claim against event Promoter.

Collections & Legal Action Against Debt:

Once you make a purchase, if those funds are removed from the Promoter's account and given back to you, you owe the Promoter that money back, plus applicable fees as outlined below. If you owe money to Promoter, Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against you and/or send you to collections for the recovery of said debt. If you are sent to collection or there is legal action taken against you, you are fiscally responsible for any and all legal costs and fees, directly associated and/or indirectly associated, with recovering the debt owed by you. Promoter's collection’s agencies reserve the right to negatively affect your personal credit score until your debt is paid.
