Sealine 305 Fly

This Sealine 305 fly, from 1992, is located at Port Zelande. This well maintained motor yacht is equipped with 2 x Volvo Penta 180 hp engines , with 1143 hours / 1106 on the counter. The davits is a nice extra equipment. The ship has a complete new blue cockpit tent since a few years ago. This year both tail sections were replaced, which guarantees you carefree boating!

In the middle of the Brouwersdam

Our Service Center is located in a large hall on the quay. Here is a well-equipped service company where you are at the right place for various maintenance and repair work. At our yard you will also find various facilities including a petrol station with diesel and euro 95 and a port reception installation. Your stay at our marina stands for optimal enjoyment. For young and old, all year round or during your holiday: Your sailing holiday is like a permanent berth holder or passer-by just like coming home.

Our employees therefore make every effort to offer you comfort at the highest level. Safety, cleanliness and the environment are our top priority. This has led to the marina being awarded the Blue Flag for the 18th consecutive year. But there's more. Think for example of good and bad weather facilities for young and old and the many activities for the kids during the holiday period. Look further on the site what we offer you in terms of facilities and facilities and who knows, we may soon welcome you at our marina (again).

Many water sports enthusiasts have already discovered Marina Port Zélande over the years. At Marina Port Zélande, comfort, safety and cleanliness are of paramount importance. To this end, we have also been awarded the blue flag for the 7th consecutive year.

The port has a draft of 5 meters and currently has 555 berths. Each berth has at least one finger pier and a standard connection for electricity. Water is also available on the jetty through fixed water taps.

There are sanitary rooms with showers, washbasins, toilets and a baby care facility at two locations in the port.

Behind the harbor office is the launderette with washing machines and dryers that is accessible 24 hours a day.

For the children, Marina Port Zélande has a playground with a slide, swing and climbing equipment. The wide North Sea beach is a stone's throw away. If the weather is bad, don't panic at the adjacent bungalow village has a subtropical swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling alleys, climbing walls, etc. So you have plenty of alternatives at your disposal.

You can of course also enjoy a drink in the harbor café or enjoy a meal in one of the restaurants in our complex.

In the nautical field, many activities are provided during the water sports season, such as sailing lessons and raft building. On nice days you can go to the North Sea beach. Enjoy a swim in the sea or fly a kite on the beach. If the weather is bad, you can go to the bungalow park to swim in the subtropical swimming pool, go bowling or go to the petting zoo. So plenty of fun things to do.

Welcome the site of Marina Port Zélande, one of the finest and most modern marinas in The Netherlands. Many water sport fans have already discovered our marina. Indeed, we consider comfort, safety and cleanliness of paramount importance. As a result, we have been awarded the blue flag for the 20th consecutive year.

You are welcome in our marina 365 days a year. Please feel free to drop in on an early spring day or a peaceful autumn day to go sailing or to relax. We are open all year round.

The draught of our harbour is five meter and at the moment we offer 800 boxes with a finger jetty (jetties), power, Wifi and TV connections. On the premises of the harbour itself you can obviously find all kinds of provisions you may expect at a de luxe marina. Good weather, or bad weather, neither you nor your children will be bored.

But your yacht too is well taken care of. Just go and have a look at our well-equipped Service Centre, where you can have all the work on your yacht done and where they will answer all your questions about your yacht.

Constructed in 2022 for a highly experienced owner with a vision for self-operation, LITTLE MERMAID embodies a perfect blend of luxury, performance, and advanced technology. Designed as a 22XP model, she is a remarkable economical explorer capable of long-distance cruising. With a draft of six feet, seven inches (1.84m), she boasts a cruising speed of nine knots and a top speed of 13 knots, ensuring both performance and efficiency.

One of the standout features of LITTLE MERMAID is her quiet mode, which allows for virtually silent sailing even when the stabilizers are active. This quiet operation is complemented by advanced systems throughout the yacht, including her electrical and stabilization systems, which ensure a smooth and comfortable ride. The yacht is equipped with bow-looking sonar, enabling access to extremely shallow areas near beaches, and a stern thruster for enhanced maneuverability. The owner’s suite, accessed from steps on the port side, is a full-beam cabin with a centerline king-size bed surrounded by windows and features en-suite amenities. Nearby, there is a VIP stateroom with open portholes, an en-suite bathroom, and a guest stateroom with twin beds. A second VIP stateroom is located in the yacht’s bow, featuring a queen-size bed and an en-suite with portholes that open.

The outdoor spaces on LITTLE MERMAID are equally impressive. The spacious aft deck provides ample room for lounging and includes a fold-out table perfect for coffee and breakfast. A third control station on the aft deck enhances operational ease. The yacht’s flybridge is a large, versatile space with a wet bar, fridge, ice maker, barbecue, and sink. The design concept for the Farr 50 Pilothouse series was for a fast and comfortable bluewater cruiser that could be handled by two people from either the cockpit or navigation station in the pilothouse. The cockpit is spacious and well protected, with all sail controls easily reached from the helm. The aft decks are wide with built-in seats, generous storage lockers, built-in swim platform and watertight bulkheads forward and aft. Another unique and very desirable feature is the raised pilothouse/main salon area that provides a raised seating area with panoramic views all around and the ability to pilot the yacht from down below with full visibility. 

+ ACCOMMODATIONS

CALADAN sleeps six in three private cabins with two heads and two shower stalls. Interior joiner work is all satin varnished African mahogany with locking teak and holly soles, flush door hardware and customized vents for locker spaces. Large pilothouse windows, opening hatches and hull portholes provide great light and ventilation. There are Oceanair screens/sunshades and ventilation fans throughout the interior, and all interior lights are on dimmers. 

Pilothouse/Salon 

The main companionway is only three steps down from the cockpit and offers a safe entrance into the pilothouse/salon area. The area is designed to provide a good all-around view while standing, and the raised 'U- shaped’ dining/seating area to starboard offers unmatched views when seated. The large mahogany dining table accommodates six very comfortably and features bottle storage locker below. There are two opening deck hatches and two large opening portholes to cockpit. 

The navigation station is to port, with chart table and adjustable pedestal chair. There are electrical panels, full instrumentation and engine controls to allow piloting from below deck. Aft of the nav station is a locker that holds a pop-up flatscreen TV. Grab rails are well positioned around the entire area. Access to the main engine, generator and mechanical equipment is under the salon sole, which easily lifts on gas struts. 

Galley 

The walk-through galley is located two steps down from the aft port end of the pilothouse. There are large cabinets with sliding doors and large storage lockers above the counters with drop-down fronts to provide more counter space, and several drawers and lockers below counters.

Owner Cabin 

Aft of the galley, the unique aft-facing centerline queen berth is ideal at sea, as the occupants are lying closer than usual to the yacht's center of gravity. There is generous stowage in this cabin, including two very large hanging lockers, and full-width locker storage across the aft end of the cabin with washer/dryer. An overhead hatch with screens and blinds and three opening ports into the cockpit offer excellent ventilation.  

The en-suite head with separate shower is to starboard with wash basin, Vacuflush toilet, shower unit with seat, mirror, towel rack, and good storage under the vanity. There is one opening port and exhaust fan for ventilation. The countertop and flooring are Corian. 

Starboard Guest Cabin 

To starboard and forward of the pilothouse is the smaller guest cabin, which features a large single berth and two large storage lockers and shelving. The berth location is ideal for sleeping while at sea, with an additional pipe berth available when needed. Opposite to port of the passageway are two large storage lockers ideal for long term cruising.   

Forward Guest Cabin 

The forward guest cabin has a centerline queen berth, shelves and storage outboard. There is a hanging locker, a small desk with seat, opening ports each side, and a large opening overhead hatch. There is a large en-suite head with both forward and starboard cabin entry doors and a shower compartment, all nicely appointed with Corian countertops, molded sink, Vacuflush toilet and white laminated walls.

Hull is constructed of single-skin solid laminate in the central regions below the waterline, with the remainder and topsides in a sandwich construction using Divinycell foam core, fitted using the latest vacuum techniques. The deck is of GRP sandwich construction with Divinycell foam core and unidirectional fibers, with high density core inserts in areas of high loading. 

There is a large, self-draining anchor locker forward with an intermediate teak floor. Immediately aft is a large sail locker, accessed via a teak deck hatch. This watertight compartment features two collision bulkheads and is ideal for additional sail, fender and warp storage. The stern locker is also watertight.  As an additional safety feature, both compartments are fitted with automatic bilge pumps with warning alarms at the pedestal and nav station.  

The hull is Awlgrip “Kingston Gray” (new 2022) with dark blue cove stripe and double boot stripes, and black bottom.
