Accommodation is for ten in five cabins with the owner taking a full-beam master suite on the forward part of the main deck and four other cabins provide overnight lodging for the eight guests. For crew, there are enough cabins to sleep up to seven. Unlike the first unit, which was fitted out at the owner’s request with an entertainment room, this unit has a full-beam private master suite with double bed, entered through the owner’s studio and small lounge. The layout is completed by a roomy walk-in wardrobe and a big bathroom. Luxury finishes and furnishings have not been left out on this build either. Touch Me also features the finest materials and furniture produced by top luxury designers, including longtime Pershing partner P oltrona Frau, Minotti, Artemide, Roche Bobois, Molteni and Fontana Arte .

Touch Me is capable of a staggering 38-knots at the top-end and fast cruising at 35-knots. This performance is provided by not two but four MTU engines. The 42.98-meter vessel has a beam of 8.5-meters. The Ferretti Group will be showing off this new vessel next month at a private showing at the Monaco Yacht Club. Las Vegas billionaire has 2 megayachts docked in Maine at once

PORTLAND, Maine ( BDN ) -- The billionaire owner of a megayacht visiting the Portland Harbor this week is so rich he brought along a second megayacht just to house all his expensive toys.

The second vessel, the 217-foot Hodor, was purposely designed to trail the 285-foot Lonian. The Hodor is likely hauling a crew of 20, five smaller boats, an array of jet skis, and a set of four-wheelers for use on land, according to the website Superyacht Fan. The Hodor can reportedly also accommodate a 6-ton helicopter, though none was spotted Wednesday morning.

Both boats, now at Fore Points Marina, are owned by Las Vegas casino tycoon and former Ultimate Fighting Championship CEO Lorenzo Fertitta.

A private, motor-driven pleasure boat longer than 24 meters — or about 80 feet — is usually called a superyacht. But larger vessels over 60 meters — or 196 feet, like Fertitta’s boats — are known as megayachts

Superyacht Fan estimates the Hodor cost $30 million when it was new in 2019 and now costs between $3 million and $5 million to operate and maintain every year. But that astronomical price is a bargain compared to its mothership, the Lonian. The website reckons it was purchased for $160 million in 2018 and costs upwards of $15 million annually.

Fertitta’s pair of ultra-expensive vessels aren’t the only megayachts in town.

Parked at the next slip over is the Cayman Islands-flagged, 242-foot M&EM, which can accommodate 12 guests in six cabins, along with a crew of 19, according to Amels Yachts, the Dutch company which built it in 2022. The M&EM can cruise at 16.5 knots and has a range of about 5,000 nautical miles.

It isn’t clear who owns the M&EM, but according to Vesselfinder, it arrived in Portland on Sept. 1 after being spotted in Portugal on Aug 25.

Also at Fore Points is the relatively small, 166-foot superyacht Sapphire, built in 2009. According to big-boat broker Denison Yachting, the Sapphire had an extensive retrofit in 2019 and can sleep up to 20 guests in seven staterooms. It’s for sale with an asking price of $15 million.

The boat is currently located in a DIY boatyard in Luperon Dominican Republic where the rigging is being replaced and some other general maintenance is being taken care of. This yard is completely DIY friendly and/or you can hire local help for a reasonable price.

Once the boat is splashed she will be ready to sail in any direction; she is set up for offshore cruising with a 12V water maker on board, solar panels and lithium batteries!

The 323's cabin with its huge U-shaped lounge, the seating and sleeping are accommodating and comfortable, the head and shower inviting, the galley welcoming and accessible. In the cockpit, a flip-out table hides in the portside sidewall, ready to swing with just a touch out and up for a quick bite to eat. At the entrance to the cabin opposite the centerline door, a handy stainless ladder slides in-and-out for quick access to the bow. The cockpit galley finds room for a fridge in addition to the stove and sink. At the helm, seating is flexible and comfortable, ready to add more room as the back rests flop forward for a friend to sit nearby. Sternward, the cockpit seating links with the sunpad for ideal use of space there. But the 323 also speaks to boater's sense of style. The 323?s first owners will find new fabrics and textures throughout the boat as elegant as they are durable. And there is stainless steel absolutely everywhere on the 323, from the windlass plate to the optional and very aggressive arch to the heavy, stamped engine vents. A stylized wing protects skier-directed speakers above the extended swim platform.

Capt. Raoust joined the build project of M/Y Touch Me at the very end, only a few weeks before she was finished. Launched in July 2020, Capt. Raoust describes the 43.3-meter M/Y Touch Me as "a very special, aggressively designed yacht built for speed."
