Often, these reviews are done in the heat-of-the-moment. Which can work either way depending on a lot of factors. I chose to wait a few months after my purchase to really gain a perspective on my purchase of our 2016 Beneteau 41 Sailboat. On reflection, Atomic Tuna did a great job for us. The team was well trained and professional and delivered to me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. But, there was an issue during the course of negotiations. It wasn't big, so no details here. It was just an issue at the time. My point is that Atomic Tuna made it right. They did not have to and knew the deal was going through regardless, but they stepped up. As you choose a broker, keep in mind this story. If everything goes perfectly, you can have a crummy broker, BUT if you choose your broker based on your own personal worst-case-scenario, you would do well by choosing Atomic Tuna as they have proven to me that they take care of their customers FIRST and FOREMOST.

San Diego Bay, also known as “The Big Bay” is a natural harbor and deepwater port located in San Diego County. It is considered to be one of the best natural harbors on the west coast. It spans 12 miles of coast and goes from 1 to 3 miles wide. Numerous resorts, hotels, and the San Diego Convention Center are adjacent to the Bay as well as several parks and nature preserves. In the northern part of the bay there are two commercial “islands” called Harbor Island and Shelter Island. They were built up from former sand bars and now hold hotels, restaurants, marinas, and public parkland. Sightseeing boats depart from the downtown area where as commercial sport fishing and whale watching tours depart from Shelter Island. Check out Seaport Village, a great area with 14 acres of waterfront shopping and dining. You can spend hours exploring it all. After walking Seaport Village don’t forget about the USS Midway Museum. What’s cooler than seeing an aircraft carrier, how about stepping onto the aircraft carrier and roaming its corridors. Located just south of the Coronado-Broadway Pier, the USS Midway offers a history lesson even kids will like. Visitors can explore the carrier’s major areas, including the sleeping quarters, engine room, galley, jail and flight control. Every year on the Fourth of July a fireworks display called the Big Bay Boom is held over the waters of the Bay. Fireworks are launched simultaneously from four barges in the Bay as well as from a pier in Imperial Beach. It is one of the largest annual fireworks displays in the United States and is viewed by half a million people each year. With so much to do, its no wonder people spend hours exploring the San Diego Bay. It is a place you must experience for yourself.
