Your catamaran party in Montego Bay can have two versions, the refreshing daytime cruise or the fun sunset tour. The crew of the María de Villota will welcome you on board, there the music and drinks will enliven the sailing until you reach a beautiful coral reef.
In this paradisiacal place, you can enjoy snorkeling, admiring the splendid coral structures and swimming with the beautiful animals that inhabit it. Turtles, rays and a number of colorful fish will join the fun of the group.
After this stimulating stop, the party continues aboard the catamaran where Jamaican rum cocktails on the rocks, sparkling champagne and all kinds of cold drinks will be served by our hostess. Is this excursion suited for someone in a wheelchair? Obviously I wont climb the dunns river, but would like to come with my family and watch.
No it is not suitable for a wheelchair, the access to the catamaran is not great, and would be difficult for anyone with walking difficulties, the catamaran is really crowded, and we had to negotiate another 2 to get on to ours. At Dunns River the jetty it quite rickety and leads straight on to the sand, hope this useful.
Where are bathroom facilities on this excursion?
Down a few stairs.
We have been many times and love it! My question is this trip my grandchildren will be with us. They are 4, 2 and 2. If an adult stays with them can they go on the boat? They would not snorkel or climb.
There were children on our boat and they were allowed to snorkel. They were not as young as your grandchildren, maybe from 5-12yrs old, but they seemed to have a good time. Just keep an eye on them because when the dancing starts, it can get a little crowded and wild. Have a great vacation!
How long is the catamaran ride from sailing to the falls?
Catamaran package deal is supposedly a full-day COURSE, from the point and time you’ll be picked-up from your hotel normally in the morning after breakfast, and then on the shuttle bus that’s where all the fun begins due to the driver makes that excursions fun and interesting. Then you’ll be dropped off the place where you need to wear your water shoes when you go to your boat and to the falls and back (lots and lots of fun it is all well worth every dollar spent). Have a good time!
How difficult is it to get back on the boat after snorkeling. How far does the ladder go down in the water?
Normal ladder. Probably 2 rungs below water. Very easy. We had all shapes and sizes in our group.

We had a ball!! Everything was smooth from start to finish! I had a group of 22 in total ranging from ages 21 on up and not one complaint! The crew kept us entertained at all times. They were very patient with everyone when it was time to snorkel. Overall, I would most def book them again and again!! The communication was also excellent!! Book them now!
Talk about a GOOD TIME!!! This was my first boat trip and I booked it for my boyfriend and sisters bday. We had a freaking blast. The bartender had us set and the whole crew was a vibe. They were very thorough and clean. Will definitely be booking again!!!

I brought 16 of my friends on this boat for my 30th birthday and we had an amazing time. Shandia was an amazing host and DJ Quan kept the vibes going and the energy there. I enjoyed swimming in the ocean and the life guard staff were so attentive as a few passengers were not strong swimmers. The rum punch was delicious and the bartender was the sweetest! I very impressed by the hookah on board and added a great touch to the vibes for the morning. I will definitely book this boat again and again.

Let’s start off on the right foot with the incredible Jamaica Dunn’s River Falls Party Cruise with Snorkeling . If you’re really looking to ramp up the fun factor, we can’t recommend this excursion enough.
It perfectly combines music, drinks, food, snorkeling and swimming, and more. You can either choose to be picked up at your hotel accommodations or meet at the designated meeting point.
The tour does depart at 12:30 pm, which gives you time to sleep in, have breakfast, coffee, and whatever else you need to do. If picked up, your driver will take you to Mahogany Beach, where the adventure begins.

The all-inclusive catamaran tour was the highlight of the trip. Shari with AristoKat greeted us at the Montego Bay Yacht club and brought us to our boat a short walk down the dock.
