HELMSMAN TRAWLERS®  are solidly built and finely-crafted motor yachts. Models range from the pocket trawler class Helmsman 31 sedan to our new Expedition 46 Pilothouse.  Helmsman Trawlers’ pilothouse and sedan trawler yacht designs provide roomy and comfortable interiors, rich in fine woodwork and evocative of classic yachts while modern in every way -- and suited for both cruisers and liveaboards.

Helmsman Trawlers® are crafted to please the most discerning owners, though are surprisingly affordable. With modern wide-beam hull designs, top name equipment, and fit-and-finish achievable only with labor-intensive craftsmanship, they are a prize choice for those who won’t compromise quality but have no desire to pay too much. The Helmsman Trawlers® factory has considerable experience in the construction of these fine yachts, offers many options, and can expertly accommodate custom modifications.

The hulls of Helmsman Trawlers are robustly constructed of solid fiberglass using modern fiberglass hull construction techniques. Other FRP elements are manufactured using vacuum infusion. Full keels provide capable sea-keeping ability and modern diesel engines provide dependable long-range performance and trouble-free maintenance. Multi-layered construction of interior decks with sound attenuating elements reduce engine noise, and new insulation in our 38E and 43 models helps control temperature and deadens exterior sounds.  

Helmsman Trawlers® most popular yacht is the 38E Pilothouse Trawler. This boat offers the spaciousness of a much larger boat while fitting into a 40-foot slip. The low-rise pilothouse has excellent visibility and open communication with the salon and is a social area too while underway or in port. The full-beam salon is expansive and comfortable, with exceptional light and ventilation. A day head is a rare and practical feature, and the convertible settee and day head can be enclosed to provide a private suite for guests when needed. The flybridge is set back to maintain a low profile – which benefits windage and center-of-gravity. A high, flush bow, sturdy railings, full covered cockpit, deep pilothouse side deck footwells and secure flybridge stairs on both sides increase practicality and safety in adverse conditions.

The Helmsman Trawlers 43 Pilothouse is in steady production. This yacht design is derived from our 38 Pilothouse Trawler and expanded in every dimension. With the additional volume achieved from a longer and wider hull and additional freeboard we’ve added a second stateroom, expanded the salon, added more interior seating, and increased the cockpit area. 

We are pleased to offer the Helmsman Trawlers® 31 Sedan – an update to the original Camano 31. The Camano, with over 270 built, is well-known for many reasons including its outstanding hull design with great sea-keeping characteristics and economy through a wide range of cruising speeds. Helmsman Trawlers® has updated the lines on this boat, completely redesigned the interior, and has created a true pocket trawler yacht offered at an affordable price.

The Helmsman Trawlers® 37 is built on the same hull as the 38E and is available in one or two stateroom versions for cruisers who prefer the classic Europa-style lines and walkaround decks.

We are also excited to introduce the Helmsman Trawlers®46 Expedition Pilothouse – an expedition trawler yacht for the long-range cruiser and explorer.

The flag of Omsk Oblast is a rectangular cloth of three vertical bands of equal size: the right and left red and white medium. In the centre of the white band, there is a blue vertical wavy azure pole which is 1/3 of its width.

The ratio of the flag's width to its length is 2:3.

The interpretation of symbols [ ]

The main background of the flag of Omsk Oblast is red. It symbolizes bravery, courage, fearlessness. It is the colour of life, charity, and love.

The white symbolizes nobility, purity, justice, generosity, and indicates the climatic features of Siberia.

The wavy azure (blue) post symbolizes the Irtysh River, the main waterway of the oblast. Allegorically, the blue reflects beauty, majesty, and gentleness.

• Is there a limit to the number of days I can use the boat? The total amount of reservations that you can have in a year is not restricted! Each member has their plan with a minimum of guaranteed days a month but you have numerous ways of reserving your boat for extra days so it is basically unlimited!
• Who fuels the boat? The fun part of being a Helmsmen Boat Club member is that you don’t need to worry about a thing. We will take of everything from start to end.
• Can I share my membership with a family member? You can only share a membership with a family member of the same household. The annual additional cost is €1,000 (7m/9m) or €2,000 (12m) per family member.
• Can I buy membership for my business? Yes, we offer corporate memberships. Call to discuss how we can tailor a membership for your business.
• Do you offer sailing courses / licenses? We are a certified sailing school and offer a variety of international licenses and courses compatible with your skills and needs. Check out our HELMSMEN ACADEMY website or contact us directly for more information
• What times can I book a boat? The boats are available from 10:00am until 7:00pm. You are free to use the boat for the whole day or only part of it. It’s up to you!
• What is the cancelation policy for a reservation? We only ask that you be considerate of your co-boaters and let us know of your cancellation as early as possible so that another member can take advantage of the day.
• What other costs I should expect? You have to pay for your own fuel and also the Helmsmen Boat Club Protection. You can either choose to provide a deposit for your membership OR you can choose the annual cover where you have a smaller liability. And if extra sailing training is required for you to be the helmsman yourself, additional costs may occur.
• What is the duration of a charter day? A normal charter day takes about 8 hours. We recommend boarding between 10AM and 12PM to make the most out of your charter day! You will be back in the port by 7PM. If you wish to end the trip earlier, that is absolutely always possible.
• What is included in a boat charter? Our boat charter includes the rental of the boat, the services of a professional skipper )Depending on the boat), basic onboard amenities and soft beverages. You can add water sports equipment to your boat day at an additional cost.
• Do I need any prior boating experience? No prior boating experience is necessary. Our experienced skippers handle all the navigation and safety aspects, allowing you to relax and enjoy the journey. However, if you wish to get involved in the sailing process, you can ask us about our boat license courses.
• How many people can the boat accommodate? The capacity of each boat varies. Our fleet includes boats that can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 12 passengers comfortably. Please check the specifications of each boat to ensure it meets your group’s needs.
• What should I bring on a boat charter? We recommend bringing food, snacks, extra water, sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, swimwear, towels, and any personal items you may need.
• Can we bring our own food and drinks? Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We can also recommend food services from restaurants for a packed lunch. If you have any specific dietary preferences or allergies, please let us know in advance so we can make suitable recommendations.
• What happens in case of bad weather? Safety is our top priority. If the weather conditions are deemed unsafe for sailing, we will either reschedule your charter or offer a full refund. Our team will keep you informed and work with you to find the best solution.
• Are there restroom facilities on the boat? Yes, most of our boats are equipped with restroom facilities. The size and amenities of the restrooms may vary depending on the boat, so please check the boat’s specifications for more details.
• What are you recommended routes for a perfect day at sea? Our recommended routes include some of the most beautiful and desired beaches around Ibiza and Formentera. Some of them only accessible by boat. You can explore our recommended routes here. In each route page you can read about the places you'll visit, alongside an informative map of the route.
• Can we customize our route? Absolutely! While we have popular routes, we are happy to tailor the itinerary to suit your preferences. Discuss your desired destinations with our team, and we will do our best to create a personalized experience for you.
• What if someone gets seasick? If you or someone in your group is prone to seasickness, we recommend taking preventative measures before the trip, such as over-the-counter medication or natural remedies. Our skippers are experienced in handling such situations and will do their best to ensure everyone’s comfort.
• How do I book a boat charter? Booking a boat charter is easy. Simply visit our website, select your preferred boat and dates, and complete the booking form. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance with your reservation. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons, to secure your desired date and boat. Alternatively you can contact us here.
• Can I bring my own food and drinks onto the boat? Of course! You are free to bring your own food and drinks on board. We only ask that you will bring the boat clean and trash free at the end of the day.
