Allgemeine Informationen

Der YCLL ist ein vergleichsweise aktiver Segelverein mit einer Regattaaktiven-Quote von über 30%. Alle Regatten sind offene Regatten. Teilnehmer aus anderen Vereinen und aus Dänemark und von anderswo sind willkommen. Die Wertung erfolgt in de rRegel nach ORC Club, bzw. bei Double Rundt ORC dh und Yardstick.

Wir segeln jeden Mittwoch offene Abendregatten mit großer Beteiligung (In der Regel um die 25 Boote). Wir führen Startlinien- und Startschiff-Starts aus mit eigenem Startschiff zu jeder Mittwochabendregatta. 

Daneben richten wir 4 Wochenend- Regatten aus, den ImJaich-Cup, die Nachtregatta Flensburger Dunkel  sowie das Double Rundt in engem Zusammenhang mit dem Beginn der Schulferien im Sommer. Ferner richten wir zusammen mit unserem großen und familiären Brückenfest den Nordstadtwerke-Cup aus. Diese Regatten sind auch bei auswärtigen Crews sehr beliebt, gibt es doch, neben den „flüssigen“ Preisen dank der großzügig Unterstützung durch die Sponsoren für jeden etwas zu gewinnen.

There's good reason as to why the district harbour in Langaballigau has been called the most beautiful gateway to the Danish isles many times over; once you've arrived, you’ll never want to leave the resort town. Once you've arrived, you’ll never want to leave the resort town. The sea air and beautiful harbour are balsam for the soul and the enchanting atmosphere will have you feeling cured of any stress in no time. And when you think back on your time here, we guarantee that the words “relaxation" and “peace" will be the first to come to mind. Of course, relaxation doesn't mean that there is nothing to do here. Seafood lovers can buy fresh fish at the harbour and prepare it right at our barbecue sight, and anyone will enjoy the multiple shopping facilities and restaurants nearby that are perfect for preparing for the rest of your journey. Beach days are also a must: either at the natural beach right next to the harbour or with your furry friends at the dog beach nearby. In addition, those travelling with bikes should not miss out on a bike tour to the nearby nature reserve.

Langballig: Relaxation and peace. This little hidden spot has been a resort town since 1988 and is absolutely (the) perfect (place) to let your soul relax. The prize-winning beach that lies in a protected valley and is home to many seldom plants and birds is an attraction all itself.

The harbour is named Langballigau. The unique place was built in 1920 as a fishing harbour and is now a favourite mooring place of many sailers. The harbour is within walking distance of the town.

The restaurants in Langballig are perfect for foodies who feel like a feast before continuing their cruise. The landscape museum in the nearby village Unewatt is sure to satisfy your cultural appetite as well. Unewatt is also home to a historic windmill which counts as a cultural and historical landmark.
