Owned and operated by Aqua Mania Adventures the " Edge " departs every Thursday from St Maarten's Simpson Bay and, dependant on sea conditions, travels non-stop to St Barths in just 45 minutes! Passengers should check-in at 8:00am at the Aqua Mania office (located at the Pelican Marina, in front of the Simpson Bay Resort -  37 Billy Folly Road). Just present your e-ticket to the Aqua Mania staff and they will provide you with a Boarding Pass and collect the Departure Taxes/Port Fees .

The Edge St Barts Ferry Schedule:

Depending on passenger loading, your trip to St Barths may be on either vessel - Edge I or Edge II . Onboard you can sit back, relax and enjoy the open bar (beer, soft drinks, bottled water). Restroom facilities are located onboard.

Each passenger is permitted one small carry-on (free of charge) and up to two checked pieces of luggage - not more than 50lbs - charged at US$ 20 per piece. No boxes permitted. Anyone planning to carry more than this should contact us before making a reservation, as excess baggage is restricted.

Highly recommend booking with Nick - knowledgeable about all topics/areas on the island, great conversation, cold drinks (beer), and knew all the good spots to snorkel!

We had an amazing trip with Sam and Nick at first we only had 8 people and then more of our friends wanted to come so Sam got us another boat. We went to Anguilla took care our passports and he also made reservations for us on an island to have lunch ! I would definitely book Sam again !

Sam was extremely responsive and a great captain. He was super patient with me and my sisters. Would definitely book him again.

We had an amazing time! The catamaran is clean, spacious and beautiful. The captain and Diane were the best and took very good care of us! The drink options available were good!! The light breakfast and lunch served were fresh and delicious! I highly recommend them, don't hesitate to book!

Our family of four, including two young children, had a perfect time on Sam’s boat. We met him at the morning before 9am and happily he was there early waiting for us. We went through the safety checks and waivers, used the bathroom and then took the boat out of Simpson bay onto a Anse Marcel. Sam offered us beer wine and sodas. There we swam on the beach and then took the boat over to Pinel Island for a bit and then back to Anse Marcel for lunch before heading back in around 1 PM. Sam was very polite, answered all of her questions and importantly his communication before the trip was superb. We will definitely call Sam again for island visits around Saint Martin.

We enlisted Sam on a private charter between St. Marteen and St. Kitts given the lack of flights and difficultly with COVID. Needless to say, Sam went out of his way to navigate the immigration needs on our behalf in addition to planning a full day charter experience with sight seeing, snorkeling and superb lunch selection. Highly recommend.

Our friendly crew will welcome you at our marina in Simpson Bay, where you will board a 63 foot (19 meter) catamaran called Lambada. Find your favorite spot on the deck and relax as we sail toward Anguilla. Soak up the sun with a rum punch in your hand or enjoy the cool breeze in the shade.

As we sail around Anguilla, we will discover the nearby island of Prickly Pear. Its gorgeous white sand beaches and vivid turquoise water will astonish you and you will feel keen to dive into the sea as soon as we arrive. Grab the provided snorkeling gear and discover the beautiful underwater world and abundant corals or enjoy an other drink under a palm tree.

We will sail back to mainland Anguilla to experience an other beach. We will serve you a traditional Caribbean barbecue chicken, ribs or fish lunch at a beach restaurant. You will still have plenty of time afterwards to enjoy the beach or the warm, shallow water before we head back to St. Maarten. 

Lambada is a great choice for families with children, couples and party groups. There is a dinghy that transports people to the beach if you do not swim or prefer to be transported with your bag. Climbing in and out of dinghies should be possible for you if you wish to enjoy this trip. We advise you to bring extra cash along for additional drinks at the restaurant.
