Charter rates vary by destination, season and availability. Charter Terms & Conditions 

Terms and conditions are sometimes more strict with Alaska charter cruises (and a charter anywhere, for that matter) than they are for individual bookings. Cancellation terms usually require a nonrefundable deposit and payments as the cruise date approaches.
